Kathy Christie Hernandez
is a Los Angeles area-based computer consultant and engineer who has designed and launched over 100 websites since 1997.
Her B.S. and M.S. in Industrial Engineering from Stanford University
have served as the basis for a variety of technical positions.
Before setting out on her own in 2001, Kathy was a manager at eToys.com.
Previous experience also includes financial analysis at Disney
and a variety of consulting positions at major Los Angeles
firms.
She is proficient in many computer applications including: Flash, Dreamweaver, Fireworks,
Photoshop, Illustrator, Access,
Excel, Word, Publisher,
HTML and various other PC applications. She also assists clients
with sending out mass emails via Constant
Contact and customizes
WordPress blogs.
Besides her professional pursuits, Kathy is the Class Correspondent
for the Stanford Class of 1985 and is on the Governing Board
of the Stanford Associates. She continues to serve in a variety
of leadership roles in local non-profit organizations, and won the Spirit of Outstanding Service Award from the La Canada Flintridge Educational Foundation in 2008.
